Who will be in &FRIENDS Festival?

What are the Festival Hours?

The different sections of the festival will be open at the following times:

Expo Floor is open from 12PM - 11PM

Cove Stage will be open from 12PM - 6PM (Except Day 1 Friday)

Zedd Music Night (May 30) will start at 4PM - 4AM

bbno$ Music Night (May 31) will start at 8PM - 2AM

Is there an age restriction?

EXPO: Children under the age of 13 must be strictly accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian and should have their own tickets.

MUSIC NIGHT: Minors (below 18) are strictly not allowed.

Can we bring pets to &FRIENDS?

Pets are not allowed at &FRIENDS.

If you have a service dog, you must present necessary documents and your PWD card A WEEK BEFORE THE EVENT to be able to bring them inside the venue.

Will there be a priority lane for PWDs and Senior Citizens?

Yes, PWDs and Senior Citizens will be able to use the priority line. They must present their PWD/Senior card upon entry. Companions will be asked to go to their respective lines, but event staff can assist the PWD/Senior.

Can I bring food to the Convention venue?

Outside food and drink will not be allowed at the venue to help expedite the check-in and security process.

Can I buy food inside the Convention?

There will be food and drink options at the venue.

Are tickets refundable?

Refunds will only be provided in the case of an event or talent cancellation; no refunds will be issued for any other cases. If the event is moved, ticketholders will be given the option for a refund. Any tickets not refunded shall serve as event ticket credits for the new dates for the event.

Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets are available at: www.andfriends.live

Tickets will be limited to ensure a smooth experience for all festivalgoers, and there will be no on-site ticket selling. E-wallets and card payments are available.Our website is the only authorized seller of &FRIENDS tickets. Please do not trust and use any third party sites, as they will not be honored in our system.

What does each ticket include?

Day Passes will allow access to our Expo floor, Expo Stage, and Cove Stage (Day Programming).

Note: Day 1 (Friday) will NOT have Day Programming in Cove Stage, hence its reduced cost.

Friends with Benefits and &Friends Passes will be given merch alongside their ticket, and will have a dedicated zone for them in the Cove Stage, assuring access at all times of the day.

Zedd Music Night and bbno$ Music Night passes are sold separately BUT each include a Day Pass

for that day upon purchase.

The &Friends Pass includes VIP tickets to both Zedd & bbno$ Music Nights.

Are tickets transferable?

All tickets except M&G and &Friends Premium Passes are transferrable. Please be aware that we will only honor the first person to claim the same.

Please be careful when buying from third party vendors. Our website is the only approved source of primary sales. Never share your ticket information with anyone.

I bought an &FRIENDS ticket from someone else. How can I be sure this is legit?

We HIGHLY DISCOURAGE buying tickets from third parties, as QR codes will only be honored on the first scan. After the ticket has been activated, any other attempts to use the ticket will not be allowed.

What is the “Cove Stage”?

The cove stage will serve as our “main stage” for day programming, this will be where your favorite streamers and content creators will appear for stage segments, panels, and other activities. Entry to the cove stage is open to all but entry will be capacity limited, except for &Friends Pass and Friends with Benefits Pass holders. They will have a dedicated section allotted for them to freely enter and exit without constraint.

What is the “Expo Stage”?

The Expo stage is located in the Crystal Pavillion along with the rest of our expo show floor. Similar to the “Cove Stage” talents may appear here for stage segments, variety shows, and panels. This will also serve as the stage for community activations – such as tournament finals, showmatches, workshops, and other activities.

Note that ONLY SELECT TALENTS in &FRIENDS - content creators, personalities, celebrities, music acts will be appearing in the Expo Stage.
